Jason has spent more than two decades helping companies solve complex operating problems, with deep work in designing and implementing new service delivery models and post-merger integrations.
Before co-founding WellOrg Partners, he spent over 15 years at Warner Bros. Entertainment as a transformation leader and attorney, leading projects that rewired the business and brought together Operations, HR, Finance, Technology, Legal, and more to turn challenging objectives into reality.
His approach is deeply collaborative: helping teams that speak different corporate “languages” understand each other and build solutions that meet the business’s goals. He lives in Los Angeles with his family and is an avid baseball and soccer fan.
