Jason brings over 20 years of experience helping companies solve complex operating problems and has done extensive work in designing and implementing new service delivery models and post-merger integrations that have unlocked over $500 million in operating efficiencies.

Prior to WellOrg Partners, Jason spent more than 15 years at Warner Bros. Entertainment, serving as a transformation leader and an attorney. He led projects that re-wired the business and required bringing together teams from across the enterprise – Operations, HR, Finance, Technology, Legal, and others – to turn challenging objectives into reality. He prides himself on his deeply collaborative approach, in which he focuses on helping business teams that speak different corporate “languages” understand each other and work together to incorporate craft solutions that meet business objectives.

Jason is a graduate of Yale College and Harvard Law School. He lives in Los Angeles with his family, and he is an avid baseball and soccer fan.
