Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in any WellOrg Partners training course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Description of Services

WellOrg Partners provides live, online training courses for human resources and finance professionals. Participation does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. We reserve the right to modify content as needed to enhance the course.

Confidentiality

All course discussions are strictly confidential. While you may speak about your personal insights and other publicly available information, you agree not to use or disclose any confidential or other non-public information about any company.

Intellectual Property

All materials, including presentations, worksheets, and digital content are the exclusive property of WellOrg Partners LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Feedback and Testimonials

We may request testimonials, though participation is optional. By providing a testimonial, you grant us the right to use it for promotional purposes.

Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

Full payment is required to secure participation in a WellOrg Partners course, in accordance with the pricing shown when you register. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows: A 50% refund is available up to 7 days before the start. No refund is offered for cancellations made less than 7 full days before the start. Participants may request to change their course date to another scheduled date. WellOrg will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests. To request a reschedule, or cancellation and refund, please contact us in writing within the specified timeframes.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer you the option to transfer to another date or receive a refund.

Liability Waiver

You agree to hold WellOrg Partners, its owners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the course.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon notification to participants.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Georgia.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or to any services we provide, involving an amount in controversy greater than $10,000, shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, before a private arbitrator, rather than asserted in a court action. The parties hereby waive their right to file a lawsuit and their right to a jury trial. The arbitration shall be conducted before the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service (JAMS). An arbitration proceeding may be commenced through the JAMS website, https://www.jamsadr.com or by calling 800-352-5267. The JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures then in effect shall apply to the proceedings. Those rules are available on the JAMS website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may apply to a Georgia court for injunctive relief or any other provisional remedy. In any legal action between us to enforce any provision of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall recover its attorneys’ fees.

WellOrg Partners is committed to creating a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. To ensure the best course for everyone, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Respect and Professionalism: Treat all participants and facilitators with respect and courtesy. Maintain a professional demeanor during all course sessions.

Confidentiality: Do not share personal information, or non-public information about your company. All information submitted in any way is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Compliance: Adhere to all WellOrg Partners policies, terms, and conditions. Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the course without refund.

By following these guidelines, you contribute to creating a positive, enriching course for yourself and all participants. WellOrg Partners reserves the right to discontinue a participant's involvement in the program, without refund, if they violate our participation guidelines.

By registering for or participating in any WellOrg Partners course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
